The Process
For Tenants
Renting property can be very straightforward, especially when you have Right Home to help you along the way.

Tenant Fees

Holding Deposit - 1 week of the monthly rent, which comes off the first month's rent

Security Deposit - 5 weeks rent lodged with the deposit protection service, payable before move in

If incurred, late, unpaid, returned rent payments - 3% above the Bank of England base rate per annum (calculated daily).
Finding your ideal home, we will need:
•Your budget
•The number of bedrooms you require
•The date by which you need to move
•The location where you would like to live​​, along with any other requirements

Putting in an Offer, you will need to have ready:

ID and Current Utility Bill documents, including Guarantor documents if you are using one

If you are employed, it may be a good idea to let your employer know we will be in touch for references, as well as making your current landlord aware of your move

Further documents may be required for self employed applicants
Offer Accepted and Passed References (almost there!)

The final stages include signing of the tenancy agreement

Transfer of the Deposit & Lodged

Book in the check in date

Handover of Keys & Welcome Pack!
